We turn contacts into customers. Telemarketing is our main tool, but we’re not limited to just making calls. We may incorporate elements of e-marketing to broaden the scope and increase conversions. LVR is small team, but we are very good at what we do.

The Process

There is no science to this bit and it will vary from client to client, but at the core the key to any successful campaign is open communication between LVR and the client.

DISCUSS – we sit down with you to discuss the brief, qualifying criteria and your expectations of the campaign.
BUILD – we build the strategy, content and campaign plan with timeline for your consideration.
START – once we’re satisfied with the campaign plan, we will start the campaign.
REVIEW – regular reporting ensures you are kept in the loop every step of the way. We encourage clients to be actively involved during the campaign with their input, comments and suggestions.

If at any time we feel, or you feel the desired results are simply not there, we simply press pause and go back to the drawing board to see where we can introduce changes to improve our conversion from cold call to qualified meeting.
